You can now use any existing study list to create a new empty list with the same fields and same study modes.
On the study list's page, click the "Use As Template" button:
This feature is available to all users.

Is there any way to organise lists into a folder and by topic? This would be extremely helpful when you have quite a large collection of flash cards. ie Week 1, Week 2, or Anatomy, GI, etc...
